24 лютого на позиції опорного пункту ЗСУ поблизу селища Чермалик вийшов бойовик. Він напав з ножем на армійця, але був підстрелений і заарештований. Зараз його чекає суд.

Про це повідомляє прес-служба прокуратури Донецької області.

Досудовим розслідуванням встановлено, що нападнику - 44 роки. Він уродженець села Святогорівка. Він неодноразово був судимий, а потім вирішив вступити в гібридно-російські сили. З вересня 2020 по лютий 2021 р рецидивіст служив у складі так званої «першої окремої мотострілкової Слов'янської бригади» НВФ окупаційної адміністрації РФ. Перебуваючи на посаді заступника командира взводу бойовик брав активну участь в бойових діях проти ВСУ уздовж лінії розмежування від села Староласпа до села Набережне.

Прокуратура направила обвинувальний акт на розгляд в Волноваський районний суд. Зловмисника судитимуть за цілою низкою статей ч. 2 ст. 110, ч. 2 ст. 260, ч. 2 ст. 263, ст. 348 КК України).

Максимальне покарання - довічне позбавлення волі.

On February 24, a militant came out at the position of a strongpoint of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near the village of Chermalyk. He attacked a soldier with a knife, but was shot and arrested. Now he is awaiting trial.

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Donetsk region.

The pre-trial investigation established that the attacker was 44 years old. He is a native of the village of Svyatogorovka. He was tried several times, and then decided to join the hybrid-Russian forces. From September 2020 to February 2021, the recidivist served in the so-called "first separate motorized rifle Slavic brigade" of illegal armed groups of the occupation administration of the Russian Federation. As deputy platoon commander, the militant took an active part in hostilities against the Armed Forces of Ukraine along the demarcation line from the village of Starolaspa to the village of Naberezhnoe.

The prosecutor's office sent the indictment for consideration to the Volnovakha district court. The attacker will be judged by a number of articles of Part 2 of Art. 110, part 2 of Art. 260, part 2 of Art. 263, art. 348 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The maximum punishment is life imprisonment.
