Journalist and human rights activist Stanislav Aseyev, a former Kremlin prisoner held at the Isolation concentration camp in Donetsk, has just made a sensational statement.

Two days before the briefing, it was overturned by the Prosecutor General's Office, and then investigator Mammadov, who was leading this and dozens of other cases of torture, murder and other serious crimes committed by Russians in Donbass against civilians, was removed from office.

These days, a nationwide briefing was to take place with the participation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General's Office, at which key data on "Isolation" were to be published, including names, personal dates and photos of the administration of this torture chamber, mostly Russian military personnel.

According to Aseyev, prosecutors who have been collecting evidence of Russian war crimes for years may be removed from the Prosecutor General's Office. The work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the direction of "Isolation" is also completely blocked, because without the participation of the prosecutor's office it is impossible to raise suspicions.

Don't you think this is a scheme? That we have already seen something like this, when an important anti-Russian special operation is forcibly slowed down a couple of days before the implementation at the direct request from above.

There is good reason to believe that "from above" in the case of Isolation and "from above" in the case of the Wagnerians are one and thus "from above".

That treason, which we all talk about theoretically, takes quite visible practical forms.

Ukrainian law enforcement is investigating more than 20,000 crimes in more than 5,000 cases. These are crimes related to armed conflict.

This was stated in an interview with ZN.UA by Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Gunduz Mammadov. According to him, almost nine and a half thousand people are involved in the proceedings. Among them - hundreds of citizens of the Russian Federation, in particular the top political and military leadership of the aggressor country.

"These are crimes against the foundations of Ukraine's national security, public order, violations of international humanitarian law, and, to be more precise, war crimes and crimes against humanity. And there is no difference: a citizen of the Russian Federation, Ukraine or another state, "he said in a conversation with the editor of the international policy department Tatiana Silina.

As an example, he cites the situation in annexed Crimea, where Russia has forcibly called up and continues to call up Ukrainian citizens to join the Armed Forces.

"But if you want numbers, today more than a hundred people can potentially get the status of a war criminal just after the events in Donbass. These are the people against whom investigations are being conducted, some of whom already have well-founded suspicions. This year alone, at the level of the Department for the Supervision of Crimes Committed in Armed Conflict, prosecutors have declared 54 people suspected of committing particularly serious crimes during armed conflict. These are members of illegal formations who have violated the laws and customs of warfare, and employees of the special services of the Russian Federation who incite the citizens of Ukraine to treason, "Mammadov added.

Gunduz Mammadov told about one of the suspects. This is the "leader" of an illegal military formation, which in June 2014, with an armed group of people, seized the Isolation plant in Donetsk and turned the art object and cultural center into one of the most terrible prisons and places of torture.

Another 230 people are people who have committed a serious crime - unleashing and waging an aggressive war.

Цими дням мав відбутися загальнонаціональний брифінг за участю МВС та Генпрокуратури, на якому повинні були оприлюднити ключові дані по «Ізоляції», у тому числі прізвища, особисті даті та фотографії адміністрації цієї катівні, переважно кадрових російських військових. 

За два дні до брифінгу він був скасований у Генпрокуратурі, а потім від справ відсторонили слідчого Мамедова, який вів цю і десятки інших справ по катуванням, вбивствам та іншим тяжким злочинам, які скоїли росіяни на Донбасі проти мирних жителів. 

За інформацією Асеєва, прокурорів, які роками збирали докази воєнних злочинів РФ, взагалі можуть вивести поза штат Генпрокуратури. Також повністю заблокована робота МВС по напрямку «Ізоляції», бо без участі прокуратури неможливо висунути підозри. 

Вам не здається, що це уже схема? Що ми вже бачили щось таке, коли важлива антиросійська спецоперація гальмується у примусовому порядку за пару днів до втілення на пряму вимогу згори. 

Є цілком вагомі підстави вважати, що «згори» у справі Ізоляції та «згори» у справі вагнерівців є одним і тим самим «згори». 

Що державна зрада, про яку ми всі з вами говоримо теоретично, набуває цілком видимих практичних форм. 

Вище керівництво держави працює на інтереси росії. Оскільки інтереси росії прямо суперечать інтересам України, вище керівництво держави працює проти інтересів України.

Українські правоохоронці розслідують понад 20 тисяч злочинів у більш ніж п’яти тисячах проваджень. Це злочини, пов’язані зі збройним конфліктом.

Про це розповів в інтерв’ю ZN.UA заступник генерального прокурора України Гюндуз Мамедов. За його словами, у провадженнях фігурує майже дев’ять з половиною тисяч осіб. З них – сотні громадян РФ, зокрема вище політичне і військове керівництво країни-агресора.

«Ідеться про злочини проти основ національної безпеки України, громадського порядку, про порушення міжнародного гуманітарного права, а якщо говорити більш коректно, то про воєнні злочини і злочини проти людяності. І там немає жодної різниці: громадянин РФ, України або іншої держави», – підкреслив він у розмові з редакторкою відділу міжнародної політики Тетяною Силіною.

Як приклад він наводить ситуацію в анексованому Криму, де Росія примусово призивала і продовжує призивати громадян України до лав своїх Збройних сил.

«Але якщо ви хочете цифри, то сьогодні потенційно статус воєнного злочинця тільки за подіями в Донбасі можуть отримати понад сотні людей. Це ті люди, проти яких ведуться розслідування, частина вже має обґрунтовані підозри. Цього року тільки на рівні Департаменту нагляду за злочинами, вчиненими в умовах збройного конфлікту прокурори оголосили підозру 54 особам у вчиненні особливо тяжких злочинів під час збройного конфлікту. Це учасники незаконних формувань, які порушили закони та звичаї ведення війни, і працівники спецслужб РФ, які схиляють громадян України до держзради», – додав Мамедов.

Гюндуз Мамедов розповів про одного з підозрюваних. Це «керівник» незаконного військового формування, який в червні 2014 року з озброєною групою осіб захопив завод «Ізоляція» в Донецьку і перетворив арт-об’єкт і культурний центр на одну з найстрашніших в’язниць і місць тортур.

Ще близько 230 осіб – це люди, які вчинили тяжкий злочин – розв’язування та ведення агресивної війни.
