All last week the militants of the 1st and 2nd AC were actively moving their equipment, if not directly to the first line of defense, then close to it. At the same time, such activity was observed along the entire front line, from Shyrokyne to Stanytsia Luhanska. 

On 10-12 July, the insurgents were actively scouting the Ukrainian armed forces' positions, without observing any agreements on the terms of the ceasefire. Well, from the evenings of 12, 13 and 14.07 the militants carried out massive strikes from 122 and 152 mm guns prohibited by the ceasefire along the entire AFU defence line.   

The militants behave brazenly and say that they are not afraid of the AFU because "everything is forbidden to the Ukropians. They can't do anything to us." According to them, all anti-sniper groups are allegedly removed from the advance positions of the AFU, the AFU is forbidden to return fire on the positions of the militants, and the AFU is forbidden to conduct reconnaissance of the positions of the 1 AC by any means, including UAVs. Therefore, the militants behave brazenly and do not hide much. They are confident that there may soon be some specific commands from Moscow, because "we have already conducted a lot of military exercises for a reason."

Residents of the occupied territories also report the arrival (around 18-20 June) of a large group of doctors from Russia to the DPR. Almost all of them are military doctors. In particular, about 20 doctors arrived at the so-called "First Republican Hospital" (Railroad Management Hospital). Fifteen doctors came to the Kalinin Hospital. About the same number of doctors arrived each to the Central Clinical Hospital and to the hospital for veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

No one can say for sure why these doctors came. Probably to monitor the increased number of cases at COVID-19, but they do not exclude the possibility that to help local doctors in case the situation at the front gets worse?

We can also assume that the Russian doctors arrived in advance to prepare the necessary conditions for receiving a large number of soldiers, since there are some plans to intensify combat operations and thus increase the number of wounded.

In the meantime, the "DNR" is busy receiving a Russian delegation, which largely consists of deputies of the Russian State Duma, members of the "United Russia" party, and media propagandists serving them. They have all arrived at the "Russia-Donbass: Unity of Priorities" forum, which is currently taking place in Donetsk. 

As we previously reported, the forum is propaganda in nature and serves as a cover for campaigning for Putin's United Russia party in the occupied territories. On September 19 of this year, Russia will hold elections to the State Duma, which will be attended by residents of the occupied territories who have received Russian passports. 

Right on the forum, residents of the "DNR" with Russian passports have already begun to enroll in the ranks of the "United Russia" party. We need to support the shaken rating of the bunker leader. But more about this in the following articles.
