The Belarusian journalist died from the explosion of his own car, in which he was driving to work in the morning. The regime has always fought against freedom of speech and Sheremet was one of those who spoke honestly about what the blue-fingered terrorist was so afraid of. 

The assassination attempt on Sheremet was planned - earlier this year an expert examination confirmed (https://t.me/belamova/14593) the authenticity of the voice of former KGB chief Vadim Zaitsev, who had planned the journalist's murder.
