"Прийнято за підсумками наради в уряді рішення про встановлення заборони на випуск і використання криптовалют як засіб платежу", - написав Чернишенко.

У листі також наводяться пропозиції ФСБ, які мають бути внесені до законопроекту «Про цифрові фінансові активи». Відомство розраховує зробити можливим обмін криптовалюти на інші цифрові монети та фіатні гроші лише через «спеціалізованих операторів».

Уточнюється, що на них також буде покладено функцію ідентифікації власників криптовалюти. За порушення закону «Про цифрові фінансові активи» необхідно передбачити адміністративну та кримінальну відповідальність, випливає із пропозицій ФСБ.

13 січня голова комітету Держдуми з фінринку Анатолій Аксаков заявив , що закон «Про цифрові фінансові активи» буде прийнято з великою ймовірністю цієї весни. Цей документ мав бути схвалений у листопаді, проте цього не сталося через розбіжності в уряді щодо легалізації криптовалюту.

"Following a meeting in the government, a decision was made to ban the issuance and use of cryptocurrencies as a means of payment," Chernyshenko wrote.

The letter also contains proposals of the FSB, which should be included in the bill "On digital financial assets". The agency expects to make it possible to exchange cryptocurrency for other digital coins and fiat money only through "specialized operators".

It is specified that they will also be entrusted with the function of identifying the owners of cryptocurrency. For violation of the law "On digital financial assets" it is necessary to provide for administrative and criminal liability, according to the proposals of the FSB.

On January 13, the chairman of the State Duma committee on the financial market Anatoly Aksakov said that the law "On digital financial assets" will be adopted with a high probability this spring. This document was supposed to be approved in November, but it did not happen due to disagreements in the government on the legalization of cryptocurrency.
