Liquidation of Zhilin, as a natural result of selling garbage with bloody hands | ЛІКВІДАЦІЯ ЖИЛІНА, ЯК ПРИРОДНИЙ РЕЗУЛЬТАТ ПРОДАЖУ СМІТТЯ З КРИВАВИМИ РУКАМИ
Євген Володимирович Жилін ( 6 січня1976, Харків — 19 вересня2016, Горки-2, Московська область, Росія[1]) — український колабораціоніст з Росією. Був власником харківського бійцівського клубу та проросійської громадської організації «Оплот»[2][3][4]. 21 лютого 2014 р. після обстрілу мітингувальників Харківського Євромайдану виїхав з України, був оголошений МВС в кримінальний розшук[5][6][7]. Розслідування діяльності Жиліна є однією з вимог учасників Євромайдану до нової влади[5][6]. За версією російських ЗМІ вбитий невідомим у Москві в поселенні Горки-2 в елітному кафе «Ветерок» пострілом у голову,[8][9] проте, за думкою деяких депутатів, таким чином відбулось інсценування смерті цінного для ФСБ агента[10][11].

He asked for an espresso (a small cup in the establishment costs $ 7) and, without touching the coffee, without taking off his gloves, waited 1.5 hours. Then one of the regulars, pink-cheeked and cheerful Yevgeny, came with the guard. The victim arrived in a Toyota Land Cruiser and sat down with her companion at her permanent table. The killer gallantly gave them 40 minutes to eat. I waited for the call, answered on my mobile phone, got up, took out a pistol from my backpack and calmly walked over to Zhilin. Shot him in the forehead. Then one more time. The third bullet went to the security guard Andrei Kozar, who was getting up from the chair. After which the killer quietly left. Walking through the forest. The car was waiting on the opposite highway, where the operational-investigative group was led by a service dog:
Version 1: a special operation of the Ukrainian security forces (The horror of the junta roams Moscow)
The author of this version is the servant of Yanukovych Yuriy Kot - who joined Azarov's "Committee for the Salvation of Ukraine", the journalist tried to give the story a touch of "political nobility." The cat assures that Zhilin has many of his own people in Kiev, who are building up resistance, and now, they say, the long arm of the "junta" reached Yevgeny.
The same opinion is shared by other fugitive "romantics of Novorossiya" and "cotton-wool" analysts who are fed by the Kremlin. All of them are trying to find something beautiful in their betrayal and hatred of Ukraine, and at the same time they are terribly frightened. Therefore, Zhilin is called "one of the most implacable fighters against the Maidan" and "the organizer of the militia."
In Ukraine, Zhilin was put on the international wanted list on suspicion of violating four articles of the Criminal Code, including terrorism and the creation of an illegal armed group. In February of this year, he was even arrested in absentia by the Pechersk District Court of Kiev, as accused of organizing abductions in the capital in January – February 2014. Some of his Kharkov cronies managed to go behind bars and get a term, and the so-called "Kharkov partisans" have already been defeated. So work on the Oplot case is going on as usual.
If this murder was carried out by the special services, then not Ukrainian, but Russian. In this part of the Moscow region, where the murder took place, FSB officers, top officials and oligarchs live, carefully guarded by the FSO (Federal Security Service). Surveillance cameras are everywhere and the vigilant surveillance of the special traffic police unit in charge of government highways. As for the Ukrainian avengers, even Putin's propagandists, who are greedy for the "babies destroyed by Pravosek", did not believe in them.
The version that Ukraine has gone over to open terror in the Russian Federation, and from now on not a single “active enemy of the junta” can feel safe even in Moscow - it is, of course, beautiful. However, let's be realistic. According to his strength, it was a local, with whom Zhilin could ruin relations on financial grounds, his “brothers-in-arms” with strong ties in Moscow, or some criminal group protected by the FSB.
Version 2: cleaning up Russian curators or accomplices in the "KhNR" (He knew too much)
“There is a cleansing of people like Zhilin who know a lot” - the logic of those ideological “Novorossians” who mistakenly put the murdered leader of “Oplot” on a par with Bednov, Mozgov, Dremov, and other militant commanders who had their own point of view. Who "cleaned up"? There are several options: the Kremlin, the "DNR" lads, the Kharkov terrorists and their accomplices.
One of the carriers of this version - a certain “citizen of the DPR” Yevgeny Shabaev wrote that “Zakhar” got the maximum benefit from this crime: “Zhenya knew how and who brought the colonel to the“ Oplot ”, how he was taken to the“ savior ”:
Their relationship was really difficult, and Zhilin was not comfortable in Donetsk. If not for the acquaintance with the Kharkov "Oplot", perhaps the current leader of the "DPR" Zakharchenko would have traded in chickens. But in December 2013, "Sasha-Gavrilovskiye kurchata" was among the "titushki" whom the Party of Regions used as a fighting wing of the anti-Maidan. And already in April 2014, the gang with Zakharchenko at the head in the "Oplot" armbands imposingly took the Donetsk City Council. And at that moment Sasha was “taken to the savior” by local friends - like the People's Deputy Alexander Bobkov (now living in the “DPR”), whom Sasha was at first on parcels with.
As one of the DPR members told ORD, “Zhilin let Zakhar use his brand. Made a free franchise. And he was afraid to fight. "
For the money of local sponsors and Moscow curators, Zhilin tried to create a "Kharkov People's Republic", ignited the war, and then quickly fled to safety. His further participation in hostilities was limited to a few photos against the background of equipment. And this is one of the reasons why today those who knew Zhilin well prefer to remain silent about him.
In January 2015, Zhilin announced that Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky should resign. He accused them of persecuting former "comrades in arms." They say, they began to throw into the basements those who were wringing out, but they themselves are driving around in "wrung out" cars! For these and other advice from the couch (from the restaurant) Zhilina could not stand not only Zakharchenko, but also some of the militants whom he allegedly defended.
Rumors that Zhilin was cleared by the Kremlin, as one of the main agents in the South-East, were born in the minds of fans of the closed project Novorossiya at the suggestion of Zhilin himself.
Not so long ago, in Odnoklassniki, he had a rather nervous reaction to the detention in Kiev of the Kharkov separatist Andrey Borodavka, who was expelled from the Russian Federation. Wart, by the way, immediately began to cooperate with the Ukrainian investigation and was soon released. But from Zhilin's comments it was clear that the "formidable jock" was afraid - as if he himself would not be merged: "06/07/2016. It has been two days since the anti-Maidan activist Andriy Borodavka has been extradited by Russia to the Special Services of Ukraine. A monstrous event that has no explanation for me. A man was issued who knows many of the still surviving underground in Kharkov ... .. And all the so-called leaders of the Kharkov resistance are silent. Why does VVP do this? "
Closer to the truth is the version that the customers may be Hepa and Dopa, who were helped by the Russian security forces to "drain Zhenya".
Now they remember that Zhilin was suspected of an attempt on the life of Gennady Kernes, and even spent a couple of years in a pre-trial detention center. In May 2004, his car (then a deputy of the Kharkov City Council) was set on fire, five months later his other car was blown up near his house. The officers of the Organized Crime Control Department headed by Yevgeny Zhilin were accused of organizing the assassination attempt. Nevertheless, he managed to get out and even be reinstated in the police. After that, he just joined the associates of Kernes and Dobkin, who took care of the "sports club" Oplot ".
And in the winter of 2013-2014, when the Maidan was taking place in Kiev, and the Zhilinsky club became one of the main suppliers of "titushki", this "patriotic club" was actively supported by Kernes and Dobkin. Zhilin himself, in an interview with Mustafa Nayem of that period (February 2014), bragging about the fact that his brothers cut off the ear of one of the Maidanites, called Kernes a friend! And he swore that he would protect the buildings in which Gepa and Dopa were sitting from being seized by the “criminals of the Maydauns”.
If Zhilin really fell into the hands of Ukrainian law enforcement officers, he would be a very valuable witness. He could say 15 years in prison for the fathers of the "Kharkov People's Republic", known as Hepa and Dopa.
According to the former Kharkiv investigator Alexander Ruzhansky, this version is the strongest:

A witness who had a lot of information about the events of the Euromaidan, the "Russian Spring" and the Russian aggression in Ukraine. First of all, I witnessed the activities in that period of those who now feel quite confident in Ukraine and who do not need all sorts of chiefs from ties with Zilin. This is, above all, Hepa and Dopa. Together with Zilin, they were the main organizers and financiers of the criminal groups of Kharkiv aunts in the winter and spring of 2014. Right now, Gep and Dopa were pinched a little. And although they are not threatened by anything serious from the GPU's raids, they no longer needed Žilin and their comrades at all ":
Ruzhansky knew Zhilina during the period 2003-2005 from work - he remembers him as a typical opera from the Organized Crime Control Department with overestimated self-esteem. Quite good in the professional field, but too ambitious.
But Zhilin was also a carrier of information regarding the role of the Kremlin. Regarding the same adviser to Putin, Glazyev - from the recordings of conversations made public by the GPU. There, for example, there is a fragment: a certain "Tamara from Eugene" calls Glazyev at the reception and asks to hurry up the "estimate" for the "titushki" on 02/27/2014 (2 days before the seizure of the Kharkov regional administration by the "oplotovtsy" and the start of the bloodthirsty "Russian spring") :

Many of his comrades-in-arms could wish the death of Zhilin, and on a much smaller scale than Kernes. By no means all of the "oplotovtsy" were able to escape, many are still in Kharkov. Others received sentences for participating in the "anti-Maidan", and Zhilin kept some on the hook with the help of incriminating evidence - all of them, of course, sighed with relief after the leader's departure, but had neither the material nor the physical strength to eliminate him.
3.Gangster showdown (Greetings from the Elephant? Or from Nikonov?)
In the RF investigative committee, the commercial activity of the murdered person is considered the main version of the murder motive, and this is the rare case when it is worth agreeing with the enemy investigative committee. As expected, the trail of the assassin of Zhilin in the elite village could not be attacked, despite the "Intercept plan".
The bottom line is that all of Zhilin's "commerce" was deeply criminal. And, according to his cronies, she allowed the "Anti-Maidan Stronghold" to be a dollar millionaire. These same friends suspect that Zhilin also profited from humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation, warmed his hands "on the fight against fascism", trading stolen goods in eastern Ukraine, but the illegal conversion of funds remained the business of his life.
The beginning of this activity of Zhilin was laid by his work in the Organized Crime Control Department about 16 years ago. The cash business, by the way, introduced and connected Zhilin with many of his friends in the "Russian spring", including Zakharchenko. And to this day, this shadow business is not only alive in Ukraine, but also growing successfully.
On March 7, 2014, about the same coolly as Zhilin himself was executed, his friend Yevgeny Slonevsky (nicknamed John) was killed. It was, of course, not a restaurant for the residents of Rublyovka, but also a rather pretentious establishment called Norma. The same quiet evening, only in Kharkov. And two men having dinner. The killer fired two rounds at Slonevsky and his companion. Killed both of them.
It's funny that fans of "Anti-Maidan" then attributed this murder to "neo-Nazis-Maidanists", but what about - after all, the killed was a comrade of the leader of the "patriotic Oplot"! And the crime was solved in hot pursuit. Arrested 9 members of the organized crime group involved in assassination attempts, murders and arson.
This video says that the suspect in the order has connections with law enforcement agencies and is directly related to Oplot. The murdered man is correctly called a businessman (as Muscovites call Zhilina today). Although the whole of Kharkov knows about the business of the Slonevsky brothers, this is a huge network of conversion centers:
The only suspect in the murder of Slonevsky was and remains Yevgeny Zhilin. At first, this "fighter against organized crime" protected the Elephants, who laundered money on an especially large scale. Then he left the police and competed with the brothers with his own cash-in business. He squeezed many out of the market, and then removed the main competitor and took away most of the clients from the eldest of the brothers, the surviving Oleg Slonevsky.
One of the organizers of the murder of John-Slonevsky later died in Russia of cancer, and Zhilin's entourage had claims that Zhilin did not visit his henchman in the hospital.

However, Zhilin has on the territory of Ukraine not only the relatives of his victims who want to take revenge, but also partners who are tired of sharing.
And first of all, this is Andrei Nikonov, a former investigator of the SBU of the Kharkiv region, who worked in this position under the leadership of Yevgeny Faynitsky, co-founder of Oplot and other Zhilin offices.
The Military Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine believes that "On Nikonov AV Zhilin EV. put the organization of financing the terrorist group "Oplot" by obtaining unjustifiably obtained money from the illegal activities of a number of controlled fictitious business entities.
According to rumors, Andrey Nikonov, Zhilin's cash-in business partner, is not only developing in Kiev, but has received the green light to serve clients from among the representatives of the “Maidan authorities”. The businessman, who was declared a financier of terrorists by the military prosecutor's office, has about 20 firms in the capital and works without problems!
Finally, the citizen Zhilin, accused of terrorism on the territory of Ukraine, could cross the road to the Moscow "cashiers", and there it is exclusively the field of activity of Putin's special services.
Separately, it should be said about Zhilin's companion Andrei Kozar, who is now in a coma. And the role of both in the contract murder of journalist Vasily Klimentyev. Kozar, wounded in Veterka, is also a former employee of the Kharkiv Organized Crime Control Department, and has been on the run since 2010, since he was suspected of kidnapping and murdering a Kharkiv journalist. And the likely organizer (and possibly the customer) is again the "hero of Novorossiya" Zhilin.
The chief editor of the Kharkov newspaper Vasily Klimentyev exposed corruption in law enforcement agencies. He disappeared on August 11, 2010. The body has not yet been found.
The investigation established that the journalist was picked up by his old acquaintance in a BMW. This was Kozar. The journalist trusted Kozar - just as the murdered Slonevsky did not expect a blow from Zhilin. And if Kozar survives, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine intends to demand his extradition in order to ask several questions that have nothing to do with politics. These questions concern not only the murder of the journalist, but also a number of other "wet cases" with his and Zhilin's participation.
One way or another, Zhilin caught up with his criminal past. As you know, it does not let go. Especially when it comes to commercial waste that pray to the golden calf.

Народився в Харкові. Батьки Жилін В. Т. і Жиліна О. Б. переїхали до Харкова з Бєлгородської області (Росія), їхні батьки теж росіяни[2].
1993—1997 рр. — навчався у Харківському університеті внутрішніх справ на факультеті економічної безпеки[2][3].
Перша офіційна робота на харківському танкову заводі ім. Малишева помічником слюсаря[2][12]. По закінченню ВУЗа працював в УБОЗ на посаді оперативного працівника[2]. Після чого перевівся до СБУ[2].
По ув'язненню відновився в УБОЗ, де пропрацював ще 2 роки і у 2010 р. (у віці 34 роки) вийшов на пенсію за вислугою років[2][3].
У березні 2013 Жилін у Харкові планував оголосити збір коштів на пам'ятник Сталіну[13].
Під час Помаранчевої революції приблизно 3 роки відбував покарання у в'язниці через звинувачення у: замаху на секретаря Харківської міськради (Геннадія Кернеса), перевищені службових повноважень, незаконному застосуванні вибухівки та зброї[2][12]. Згодом, за словами Євгена Жиліна, головний свідок відмовився від попередніх свідчень і Жилін був виправданий[2][12]. Водночас Євген проходив свідком у справі розслідування отруєння В. Ющенка[12].
По тюремному ув'язнені, відновлення Євгена Жиліна на посаді співробітника МВС набуло розголосу після того як Василь Климентьєв в газеті «Новий стиль» опублікував відкритого листа на ім'я прокурора Харкова про неправомірність зачислення на службу МВС Є. Жиліна на підставі того що де-юре кримінальне провадження по ньому не закрите[15]. Згодом головний редактор «Новий стиль» В. Климентьєв зник безвісти[16], зник безвісти головний свідок у справі його зникнення[17], було проведені обшуки у квартирі адвоката Климентьєва, а також в редакції газети «Новий стиль» де були вилучені комп'ютери, після чого газета була змушена закритися. Правозахисники пов'язують смерть В. Климентьєва з Є. Жиліним[14].
З квітня 2014 р. Жилін та «Оплот» підозрюються в підпалюванні автомобілів, викрадені людей під час Євромайдану[18], зокрема Жилін входив до складу групи осіб, які викрали і тортурували Ігоря Луценка та Юрія Вербицького. Вербицький був закатований викрадачами до смерті[19]. У 2015 році Жилін звинувачувався в замаху на Арсена Авакова.[20]
Засновник та співвласник
У 2010 році, після звільнення з правоохоронних органів, зареєстрував за одною адресою і під одною назвою «Оплот»: бійцівський клуб, спортивний клуб, супермаркет, благодійний фонд, аудиторську компанію, юридичну компанію, інформаційне агентство[12][14].
Наприкінці 2012 року ввійшов до складу засновників ТОВ «Харківспецнадра»[21]. Ця фірма державні тендери не вигравала, обмежуючись роллю переможеного[21]. Після появи Жиліна «Харківспецнадра» успішно завершила судову тяганину з фірмою «Таміра»[22], за яким жилінська компанія отримала три будівлі у Харкові[21]. До відчуження, за свідченням правозахисника Євгена Захарова, майно намагались захопити силовими методами особи під головуванням Геннадія Кернеса[14][21]. Тим часом свій достаток пояснює:[12]
Жилін також створив ТОВ «Модельне агентство Аліни Архіпової» разом з «Місс Харкова-2010» Аліною Архіповою[21].
Сімейний стан
Одружений із Коротковою Г. В., діти: Валерія, Катерина, Варвара[3].
Бійцівський клуб і громадська організація «Оплот»
«Оплот» — місцева харківська ГО заснована Є. Жиліним в 2010 році на базі бійцівського клубу для протидії героїзації ОУН-УПА[23][24].
Емблема «Оплоту» — носоріг на фоні карти Радянського Союзу[14]. Постійний склад «Оплоту» 350 осіб[14]. Щотижня в приміщенні клубу по вихідних проводять бої без правил[14]. За словами учасника клубу журналісту «Лєнти», приміщення отримали як подарунок від певних спортсменів[14].
Протистояння з об'єднанням «Правий сектор»
28 лютого 2014 р. до харківського Майдану прибуло підкріплення у вигляді частини київської сотні Соціал-Національної Асамблеї та Патріота України, що входять до складу Правого сектора[25]. В 19:00 двісті учасників Правого сектора вирушили у напрямку будівлі бійцівського клубу «Оплот», заздалегідь попередивши про візит[25]. На підході, з боку іподрому, який розташований за будівлею клубу по активістах невідомі відкрили вогонь з пістолета ТТ, кулі ні в кого не влучили[24][25]. В клубі нікого не виявилось, окрім кількох осіб, які швидко залишили будівлю через чорний хід[25]. Лідер організації «Патріот України» Андрій Білецький заявив присутнім, що захоплене приміщення буде використовуватись як один із штабів революції[25].
Участь в Антимайдані
З «Оплотом» і Жиліним учасники Харківського Євромайдану пов'язують напади молодих людей спортивної зовнішності (тітушок) на активістів і пресу[6]. МВС офіційно підозрює Жиліна та «Оплот» у підпалі автомобілів активістів Євромайдану у Харкові та Києві, а також у викрадені людей[18], зокрема Юрія Вербицького[19].
У період Євромайдану був активістом Антимайдану у Харкові де «Оплот» разом з комуністами охороняли від знесення пам'ятник Леніну, та у Києві куди «Оплот» майже у повному складі виїхали у середині січня 2014 р.[21][23][26]:
разом з членами бійцівського клубу «Оплот» затримував учасників Євромайдану, з нанесенням тілесних ушкоджень, і передавав їх міліції[12][14]
2014-01-19 — провокатори, які розпочали бійку з беркутом скандують гасла бійців «Оплоту», провокують натовп і б'ють солдат[28];
2014-02-22 Оплотовці в'їхали на двох автомобілях у натовп людей, що знаходився на площі Свободи в Харкові, побили їх і намагалися захопити техніку[29].
Жилін підтвердив наявність особистої травматичної зброї і не виключив її застосування у складі групи осіб[14].
Жилін підтвердив що інформацію отримують від правоохоронних органів, що виконують їхню роботу з метою залишити незаплямовану репутацію міліції і особисте підпорядкування волі очільнику Харкова Г. Кернеса[14]. Журналіст «Лєнти» засвідчує і більш неформальні стосунки з міліцією[14].
У лютому 2014 МВС почало кримінальне провадження за низкою статей Кримінального кодексу України, підозрюваним у якому виступає Євген Жилін; створена і направлена до Харкова спеціальна слідчо-оперативна група[6].
Правозахисник Є. Захаров констатує що влада Харкова під керівництвом Г. Кернеса та М. Добкіна фактично легітимізувала напади «тітушек» на місцевих опозиціонерів:[14]
Був прихильником принципів Партії Регіонів у частині того, що регіони повинні бути більш самостійними[2], і, зрештою, був переконаний, що розділення країни — неминучість[12].
