Про це він заявив під час апеляційного засідання у так званій справі ПВК, передає кореспондентка hromadske.

«Те, що ми робили, було відомо і СБУ, і іншим правоохоронним органам. А те, що зараз відбувається — це шкодить нашій країні і знищує усе те, що ми робили», — сказав Семенченко.

Також він наголосив, що йому не залишають вибору і згодом він озвучить інформацію з прізвищами, яка може зашкодити національній безпеці України. Він запевнив, що не мав на меті порушувати закон, а хотів створити умови для колишніх військових.

«Ми хотіли, щоб хлопці, які повертаються з війни — не спивалися, не стрілялися, а мали нормальні умови, нормальний заробіток», — сказав Семенченко.

Він просив звільнити його з-під варти та надати можливість захищати себе на волі. Також він каже, що підозра є політичною і він пов'язує звинувачення із тим, що у лютому в Білорусі вийшов сюжет, де його звинувачували у зв'язках з повстанцями, які діяли нібито проти режиму Лукашенка та озвучили інформацію про те, що він тренує їх на базі під Києвом.

«Потім одного з тих, кого пов'язували зі мною (Миколу Автуховича — ред.), арештували за тероризм і активно почалась фальсифікація нашої справи в Україні», — сказав Семенченко.

Адвокати Семенченка в апеляційній скарзі просили звільнити з-під варти підзахисного, наголошуючи на тому, його діяльність не порушувала закон, а була спрямована на зміцнення нашої держави, реабілітацію ветеранів війни, а також мала певну комерційну складову.

«Нема чітких доказів, які б вказували на те, що особа вчинила злочин. Для всіх очевидно, що це більше політичне переслідування ніж кримінальне», — зазначили адвокати Семенченка.

Прокурор Офісу генерального прокурора Андрій Синюк заперечував у задоволенні апеляційної скарги, наголошуючи на ризиках його втечі та знищення речових доказів.

Апеляційний суд, вислухавши усі сторони, залишив під вартою колишнього командира добровольчого батальйону «Донбас» Семена Семенченка.

Що це за справа і які докази?

24 березня в СБУ заявили про викриття приватної військової компанії (ПВК), яка діяла під прикриттям охоронних фірм і громадських організацій. Зокрема вилучили зброю, а шістьом особам оголосили підозри.

За даними слідства, організатором формування був колишній командир батальйону «Донбас» Семен Семенченко. Ще один із фігурантів — Євген Шевченко, знаний широкому загалу як «таємний агент НАБУ».

У складі організації, за даними слідства, було понад 150 людей. Їх вербували серед колишніх військових та правоохоронців із досвідом участі у бойових діях та готували на спеціально облаштованій тренувальній базі в Київській області. Правоохоронці провели 80 обшуків у Києві, Київській та Донецькій областях за місцями проживання та тренування фігурантів, де серед іншого знайшли великий склад зброї.

Суд Києва відправив колишніх бійців батальйону «Донбас» Олександра Новікова (позивний «Хаммер»), Ігоря Орленка (позивний «Соболь») та Сергія Акимовича (позивний «Аким»), Анатолія Виногродського (позивний «Гал») під цілодобовий домашній арешт, Семена Семенченка та Євгена Шевченка — взяв під варту. Останньому суд визначив альтернативу застави у 5 мільйонів гривень, яку той вніс.
