The imbalance of the power vertical has led to the fragmentation of power and created a serious basis for strengthening the centrifugal tendencies that bring Russia closer to the final collapse.

In the meantime, a weakened Moscow, torn apart by internal contradictions against the backdrop of an impending defeat in Ukraine, is being watched with great interest in Beijing, where they are already openly drawing maps of the “great” China, augmented by the lands that have returned to their “native harbor”, unjustly captured by the “northern barbarians”.
