Corruption has become the first branch of Russia, which is successfully developing in the conditions of war. Businessmen close to the Russian authorities assemble military equipment from parts bought on AliExpress and sell the Russian army several times more expensive, military correspondents and Z-channels complain.

One of these schemes was described by “military commander” Roman Saponkov. According to him, the Sibiryachok-1 drone for 2.5 million rubles is produced by the GaskarGroup company, associated with Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin. The company sells a device made of parts from AliExpress for 2.5 million rubles, which is 10 times more expensive than their cost on the marketplace. According to Saponkov, the drone is of terrible quality and is practically not used in the army, and once it just fell.

"Gaskar Group" was founded by businessmen from Tatarstan, who earned hundreds of millions of rubles on contracts after Khusnullin became the vice-mayor of Moscow.

The head of Rostec, Sergei Chemezov, oversaw Avtovaz and earned money with his wife on parts for the company. Now, Almaz-Antey, which is part of his holding, supplies Chinese drones under the guise of its own production. The Dobrynya drone became a meme and turned out to be a $600 Chinese iFlight Nazgul5 Evoque F5 F5X racing model with a $70 Hoshi Radiomaster remote control. They wanted to sell it to the Ministry of Defense for $2,000.

A similar situation is with another drone, which was praised by the Primorsky Governor Oleg Kozhemyaka. It can be bought on AliExpress at prices ranging from $8,849 to $21,699. The device was developed by the Chinese company CUAV Tech.

The Patriot K40TL drone presented at SPIEF also turned out to be the twin brother of the Chinese EVO II Pro V3, which can be bought on AliExpress for 172,000 rubles. Its "manufacturer" and supplier of government agencies in St. Petersburg - the company "Astracom" became famous for selling communication tubes from the New Zealand company Tait to officials under the guise of goods from Russia at an inflated price, Fontanka wrote.
