The State Hydrographic Service of Ukraine has officially declared the waters of six Russian ports a zone of military threat. This is reported in document No. 118 of the State Hydrography .

A military threat has been declared in the waters of Russian ports - Anapa, Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Tuapse, Sochi and Taman.

"The Black Sea. North-Eastern part. Military threat. The water area of ​​the internal and external roads of the ports of Anapa, Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik, Tuapse, Sochi, Taman," the message says.

The announcement of a military threat in the Black Sea could make it harder for Russians to insure their ships.

It is noted that the military threat was announced from 12:00 on August 4, 2023 - until further notice.

The basis is the order of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine No. 5 dated 08/04/23.
