But attention should be paid to one of the activities for which "Pyro-Ross" had appropriate licenses - development, testing, storage, sale and disposal of ammunition. And this perfectly explains why artillery ammunition began to be found on the territory of the plant.

Perhaps we are talking about the fact that the enterprise contained ammunition intended for disposal, or their restoration was implemented.

But the question of what exactly caused the explosion can be answered by a video with sound from a surveillance camera on one of the buildings.

At first it is possible to hear a rumble that builds up, and then three separate explosions, two almost at once, and then the main detonation.

Of course, it is difficult to draw conclusions based on this, especially since we are talking about a rather low-quality means of fixation.

In any case, the Kremlin has already taken up the cause of the explosion due to "violation of the requirements of industrial safety of dangerous production facilities, as a result of which an ignition occurred in the warehouse of pyrotechnics." It is under this article of the criminal code of the Russian Federation that the Russian prosecutor's office has already opened a case.
