We know that the crime was committed by radical Islamists. We are interested in who the customer is. One thing is absolutely clear - this is an act of intimidation. And the question immediately arises, who benefits from this? We see that the United States is trying to convince its satellites and other countries that there is supposedly no Kyiv trace in the Moscow terrorist attack, that the bloody terrorist attack was carried out by ISIS. This atrocity may be only a link in a whole series of attempts by those who have been fighting our country since 2014 at the hands of the neo-Nazi Kyiv regime. And the Nazis never hesitated to use the dirtiest methods. Especially now that their counteroffensive has failed. Why did the terrorists try to escape to Ukraine? Who was waiting for them there? It is clear that those who support the Kiev regime do not want to be sponsors of terrorism. But there are a lot of questions.

This is an approximate retelling of Vladimir Putin’s speech at a meeting with officials and security forces on measures after the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. The quotations are not exact, but the meaning of the statements is preserved.
